Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst with strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Swift messaging environments to support financial institutions in the United States. This role will be responsible for driving AML system replacement, Swift modernization (on-prem to cloud), regulatory alignment, and cross-functional coordination between business, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders.

︎ Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Lead or support AML and Swift transformation projects, including system replacement, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates
Business Analysis
  • Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and technical requirements related to AML, and Swift messaging
  • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, NYDFS) into functional and system requirements
  • Support vendor evaluation and solution selection
  • Define target operating models and future-state architecture (AML stack, Swift architecture)

︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in financial services
  • Hands-on experience with AML systems
  • Knowledge of Swift messaging and payment processing environments
  • Experience working with banks or financial institutions in the United States
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with global / cross-border teams
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex regulatory-driven projects
 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AML vendors
  • Experience with SWIFT cloud services or SWIFT modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 (MX / MT) migration projects
  • Prior consulting or system integration (SI) experience
