▶︎ What will you do:
The Infrastructure Solution Architect will need to involve and manage all aspects of developing solutions for a particular requirements in the area of information technology infrastructure including networks, servers, IaaS and hardware to logical design. The Infrastructure Solution Architect is also responsible of the quality of the service and assist the project team including the project manager, engineers and vendors in the technical aspects of the project as needed. The Infrastructure Solution Architect must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Cloud Infrastructure like Azure, AWS and GCP, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc.
The successful candidate must demonstrate expert-level MS Office skills with tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge or expertise in MS Project and/or Visio is a nice to have. They also must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports.
Essential Functions:
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.
• Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)
• Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security, Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level)
• Experience developing and writing technical specifications and design documents.
• Ability to interface with business areas and effectively translate business needs into technology-based business solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to keep abreast of new technological and or/procedural developments and demonstrate knowledge and expertise with software tools and an ability to evaluate solutions.
• Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity.
• Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or above
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Japanese/English bilingual

Essential Functions:
- Develops infrastructure design and prepare the documents to present for the expected project.
- Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users.
- Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal.
- Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements.
- Prepares cost estimates for hardware, and service costs (i.e. LAN, WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.)
- Provide technical insights and advice to project and customer stakeholders for the projectʼs planning & execution.
- Supervises technical resources, including contingent workers, associates, and 3rd party vendor staff as appropriate.
- Perform site survey and oversee installations on-site (may require travel)
- Provide decision support for project sponsors, decision-makers, and stakeholders involved in related projects. Define & maintain roadmaps detailing workstreams for continuous improvement.
- Prepare closing documents, and ensure smooth transitions to Operations Teams and local IS Teams
