Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst / Support Engineer - SAP/ERP in NY.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for SAP ERP Application and Implementation Support.
Investigates issues and analyze, create, modify, and maintain SAP ERP system to meet user needs.

The right candidate will possess:

Analytical skills regarding SAP ERP applications' problem-solving, maintenance, and implementation requirements. (including development)
Ability to create and maintain documentation of support and operations by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
The ability to analyze clients’ inquiries and requirements, change SAP ERP system configurations or programs, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP preferred.
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Japanese language skills are preferred but not required.
