Job Overview
The Financial Coordinator will support the financial operations of our organization with a focus on asset management. This role involves ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, managing budgeting processes, and facilitating effective communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial coordination within the asset management industry, with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee and coordinate daily financial operations related to asset management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation specific to asset management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Bilingual Communication: Provide financial support and communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, translating and interpreting financial information related to asset management as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy in asset management operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with asset management teams and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and address any asset management-related financial issues.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on asset management activities and performance.
Requirement and Skills
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial coordination within the asset management industry or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively in both languages.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
