▶︎ What will you do: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role will assist with administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and general HR support for our clients.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company website)
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email or phone to confirm interest and availability
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurately entered and up to date
Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
Assist in planning and organizing job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other hiring initiatives
Support diversity hiring initiatives and outreach efforts
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, candidate sources, drop-off rates) etc
Onboarding Support (Per the client's request)
Coordinate onboarding schedules, trainings, and welcome materials
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and compliant with federal and state regulations (e.g., I-9, W-4)
Set up system access, equipment requests, and internal introductions
Administrative & HR Operations (Per the client's request)
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
Assist in payroll and benefits administration
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
Help coordinate employee engagement events and internal communications
Support compliance tracking, including mandatory training and policy acknowledgements
▶︎ Qualification :
1–2 years of administrative or HR experience, especially in recruitment coordination
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software (for a plus)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
