▶ Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client security needs, market trends, and business requirements to design customized cybersecurity solutions
- Provide technical consultation and security recommendations based on best practices
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct security assessments and design tailored security architectures
- Build, operate, and enhance security technologies including log analysis, endpoint security, and network security
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on cybersecurity product and service delivery
- Troubleshoot complex security issues across servers, networks, and telephony environments
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents (non-shift based)
- Support existing customer accounts and resolve technical security issues
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, troubleshooting, and project progress
- Research cybersecurity products and prepare proposals and quotations
- Promote cybersecurity awareness through seminars and external publications
- Build strong client relationships and support secure IT infrastructure development

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with server and PC security solutions
- Knowledge of SASE, EDR, and vulnerability assessment tools
- MSP / MSSP operational experience
- Secure configuration standards (CIS Benchmarks or similar)
- Microsoft, Citrix, VMware platforms
- Network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
- Unix/Linux and Windows server administration
- LAN / WAN technologies
- Virtualization and storage systems
