▶︎ Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced RPO Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation and delivery of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services for enterprise clients in the U.S. market. In this role, you will leverage your experience in RPO implementation to drive end-to-end solutions, from solution design to successful onboarding and execution. This is a hands-on position where you will directly influence the success of RPO projects by ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our clients.
▶︎ What will you do:
Engage with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment challenges and design customized RPO solutions
Lead the end-to-end implementation of RPO services, from scoping to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (recruiting operations, technology, legal, etc.) to ensure a smooth delivery and seamless integration of RPO services
Develop and present proposals, solution designs, and contracts to clients
Manage stakeholder expectations, deliverables, and timelines during the implementation process
Drive the performance of initial stages, ensuring the RPO model is fully operational and integrated within client teams
Conduct client education and support the successful adoption of new processes and workflows
Maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and provide ongoing consultative support to optimize the RPO solution
Analyze data and performance metrics to improve and refine RPO offerings
Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and tailor solutions to client needs
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in RPO implementation or leading large-scale RPO projects in the U.S. market
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing RPO solutions
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, KPIs, and operational best practices
Ability to work effectively with C-level executives, HR leaders, and other stakeholders
Proven track record of driving successful RPO implementations from start to finish
Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, ADA, etc.) and complianceframeworks
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric approach
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
