▶︎ Position Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and client-centric RPO Project Consultant to lead large-scale recruitment initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise and growth-stage clients. In this role, you will partner directly with senior HR and business leaders to design, optimize, and deliver talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will lead cross-functional recruitment teams, oversee project execution, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in hiring operations.
▶︎ What will you do:
Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for senior client stakeholders (e.g., Heads of HR, TA Directors, Business Unit Leaders
Design and deliver recruitment operating models tailored to client goals, culture, and organizational structure
Lead discovery sessions and strategic planning to define hiring priorities, success metrics, and resource alignment
Oversee complex, high-volume, or high-priority hiring initiatives across regions or business units
Provide data-driven insights and talent market intelligence to inform workforce planning and decision-making
Manage cross-functional project teams including recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators
Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Drive optimization of recruitment technology, processes, and candidate experience
Identify opportunities for innovation, scalability, and added value within RPO engagements
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, RPO, or talent strategy in the United States
Proven track record in managing strategic talent acquisition initiatives or programs
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with C-level or senior HR leaders
Deep understanding of recruitment operations, KPIs, and process transformation
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery in a matrixed environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Nice to Have:
Experience with global RPO programs or multi-country hiring strategies
Background in organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation
Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices
Consulting experience in professional services, BPO, or high-growth environments
