Technical Support Engineer - Japanese

Torrance, CA - Full Time

We are looking for an engineer in charge of the operation and support (IT infrastructure - PC / Server / Network) of Japanese clients, updating existing systems, and proposals for introducing new projects.

  • Working Location:  Torrance, CA
  • Salary: 45-65K per yr.


■ Job Description
1) Operation/Support: IT Support Technician / Help Desk
2) Introduction proposal: System update to existing clients, preparation of introduction estimate, proposal
3) Document creation: Creation/update of various documents after system introduction

■ Requirement
・ Tier 1-2 help desk experience
・ Project Management experience related to IT infrastructure update/introduction
・ Experience in designing servers and network (WAN / LAN) systems
・ Knowledge of LAN / WAN / wireless network and Routing / Switching
・ On-site server / network equipment / PC settings / installation / operation check work is possible
     - PC: Windows 7/10
     - Server: On-premise cloud, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Storage, Hyper-V, VMware
     - Network: Cisco Router / Switch (L2 / L3), Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Juniper
