We are seeking an PART-TIME System Engineer
Client : Japanese Manufacturer
Working Location Louisville, KY (Client office Onsite)
Employment Type : Part-time
Expected working hours : Once a week for 7 hours
Salary : $ 22-25/ per hour
Job Overview
Provide support services during designated service operation hours, as directed by the client and/or company management
Have a proactive communication with both client and company management
Understand the requirements and instructions from company management, delivering services in alignment with these directives, including adherence to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies.
Engage withall relevant company-provided documents and training materials
Submit company requited report, attendance for requested meeting, training course
Mentor and train new team members if necessary
Follow team manager’s request/instruction to operate IT operation support team
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to client users as an IT Support member
Provide and manage client IT support operation related document
Understand and follow client’s request and instruction
Expand the business with existing and new client
Requirement and Skills
Very flexible adaptable mindset and embraces challenges, particularly in response to sudden changes in requests, work-flow, rules, responsibility range, and environment.
Strong drive to handle heavy workloads with determination and motivation
Shows a strong determination to reach set goals
Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience of user operation support
Strong attention to details with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
Team-oriented personality
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
English (speaking and writing) skill
Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 lbs

Ensure readiness at the client's operational site prior to the commencement of service operations.
Adhere to attire guidelines provided by the client and/or company management while on-site.
Work Environment Client’s site (Remote / Locations where computers and phones can connect to the Internet, in case client requests for special occasions such as Covid-19 outbreak)
