▶︎ Key Responsibilities: The Business Development Specialist / Associate is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, and client relationship management to support overall business expansion.
Identify and generate new business leads and partnership opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals for clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Support contract preparation and proposal documentation, coordinating with internal teams
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
Analyze sales data and report on KPIs and business development activities

Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 1 year of experience in corporate sales or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
