Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of key responsibilities directly reporting to senior management. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our customer satisfaction, addressing claims, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client and Supplier Communication
Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, suppliers, or business partners during the inspection and quality control process.
Claims Management and Issue Resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for claims received from overseas customers.
Negotiation and Relationship Building
Collaborating with the estimator, negotiate effectively with partners and suppliers to address and resolve concerns while maintaining positive working.
Quality Assurance Support
Collaborate with the operations team to inspect and review incoming goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Customer Service and Feedback Management
Follow up with customers' post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or returns.
Other responsibilities: Collaborate and assist procurement and logistics team occasionally. [Procurement]
Reviewing purchase requests and creating buying duties based on requirements
Preparing and submitting purchase orders to manufacturers/ suppliers
Tracking inventory levels and generating purchase orders

Managing distribution and shipment timeline and budget
Coordinating with transportation to track the movements of shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
Review of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and fix shipment errors
