Our client is seeking an IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.
Leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs.

The right candidate will possess:

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Business knowledge of the banking industry, as well as development skills and experience in the banking industry

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with system application implementation for the banking industry
Project management experience, specifically with banking application systems
Non-Japanese vendor management experience
Developmental skills and experiences in the banking industry
Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Effective Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
