・Salary: USD 120,000 – 200,000 / year (DOE)
・Working Hours: 9:00-5:30PM
・Language: English (Japanese is a plus)
▶︎ Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute large-scale Digital Transformation (DX) / IT consulting projects
Oversee project & program management (resource planning, milestones, issue resolution)
Manage financial performance, budget planning, and KPI tracking
Develop and manage high-performing consulting teams
Collaborate closely with Directors / Senior Directors / Executive leadership
Drive business development and maintain senior-level client relationships
Improve delivery processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality
Coordinate with vendors and external partners
Identify and leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, new platforms)
Support recruiting, training, and long-term organizational capability building
▶︎ The Right Candidate Will Possess
Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to build and manage teams.
Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, data migration
Strong analytical abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work
Proven ability to manage transformation projects or programs.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
(IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics preferred)
12+ years of experience in business or technology consulting
Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
Knowledge of SDLC (requirements, design, testing, deployment, migration)
Experience in:
Technology strategy
Operating models & governance
Project / program management
Client growth & business development (preferred)
Experience engaging with C-suite clients (preferred)
English fluency required
