• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 12:00PM – 8:00PM (shift)
▶︎ What will you do:
• Provide IT technical support and user support, including device management using MS Intune for Windows 11, iPhone, and iPad, VDI setup and troubleshooting via VMware Horizon, and user account management over Active Directory.
• Support cloud and services such as MS 365 (Email) and Box (cloud storage).
• Create and update documentation for technical support, including user manuals.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in PC technical support and user support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Intune, and VMware Horizon, as well as Active Directory functions like adding users and password resets.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting, including use of PING and TRACEROUTE.
• Experience with Windows PC troubleshooting (3 years), Microsoft Intune (2 years), Microsoft 365 (3 years), VDI (2 years), and PowerShell (3 years preferred).
• Must be able to commute to New York, NY 10020.
