・Working Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
・Employment Type: Full-Time
・Salary: 100-130K/ per year

▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage team members throughout SAP ERP implementation and operational support projects
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Design, create, modify, maintain, and improve SAP application systems to meet business needs
• Manage project schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and external vendors
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements
• Oversee system maintenance activities and ensure stable operations
• Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices
• Report project progress, risks, and recommendations to upper management
• Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and professional development

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of SAP ERP system implementation experience
• Project management experience in enterprise application environments
• Experience managing non-Japanese vendors and global stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with requirements gathering, system analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• SAP Certified Application Associate (or equivalent ERP certification preferred)
