Our client is seeking a Manager -Business Development & Promotion Department, TX.

Client: Japanese IT company
Working Location: Irving, TX
Salary Range: 80-95K per yr.(negotiable) + Full Benefit / 401K

We are looking for a Manager to join the Business Development & Promotion Department in Irving Office, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
• Involve and perform IT Due Diligence activities
• Analyze current business and IT processes, identify issues and/or requirements for improvements
• Create roadmaps to improve/satisfy the requirements set forth while working with clients
• Perform requirement analyses, working with engineering teams (both internal and external) to define system solutions to propose to clients
• Manage projects as Project Manager during the development phase.

Qualifications:
• Strong background in business consultation/analyses for specific industries such as manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills to identify business issues and challenges.
• Strong design skills to break down the improvement objectives with feasible specific systems working with the engineering team (internal and external)
• Close to 10 years of experience as mentioned above
• Strong communication skills with clients, partners, and team members
• Strong consultation and project management skills
• Skills for detail-oriented project execution
• Related certification(s) for “design thinking” would be a plus
• Business-level Japanese communication skills are not mandatory but would be a plus
