▶︎Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on long-term customer relationships
• Lead business development activities for IT services with Japanese and non-Japanese clients
• Build proposals for major projects and align solutions based on customer needs
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with key client personnel and executive leadership
• Understand customer requirements and proactively propose services and solutions
• Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal teams
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from relationship building through delivery
• Manage vendors and partners for joint service delivery
• Support technical team expansion initiatives at client locations
• Expand existing accounts through active engagement and account farming activities

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Bilingual in Japanese and English with strong English communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in IT account management and business development
• Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Experience using collaboration tools such as chat, email, and video conferencing
