▶︎ Position Overview:
The HR Administrator provides general support for daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. Key responsibilities include handling payroll data, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining HR documentation. The role works closely with HR leadership to support overall HR functions with accuracy and attention to detail.

▶︎ What will you do:
Payroll Support
• Assist with payroll data entry and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Support coordination with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Help prepare payroll-related reports and maintain proper documentation.

Benefits Administration Support
• Assist with maintaining and updating benefits information and records.
• Support administration of employee benefits, including routine updates and documentation.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate more complex issues as needed.

Recruitment Coordination
• Support the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment records and assist with tracking applicant information.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding and new hire processes.

HR Data & Document Management
• Maintain and update employee records within HR systems.
• Support preparation, organization, and management of HR documents.
• Ensure proper filing and recordkeeping in line with company policies and standards.

General HR Administrative Support
• Assist with routine HR inquiries and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of HR processes and workflows.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
・2 years of previous experience in a similar position
・Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
・Strong verbal and written communication skills.
・Good interpersonal and customer service abilities.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
・Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
・Basic understanding of administrative procedures such as recordkeeping and filing.
・Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
