Job Title: DX Senior Consultant – Manufacturing Solution

Working Location: NYC
Working Style: Hybrid 2 days in Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 100-120K DOE

Language: Business-level Japanese or Spanish and Fluent English
▶︎ Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute DX strategy and implementation projects for Japanese manufacturing companies in the U.S. and Mexico
Serve as Project Manager, overseeing full-cycle delivery of IT solutions including MES, CMMS, and other manufacturing systems
Develop and propose customized IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with client operational needs
Act as Account Manager and Trusted Advisor to key clients, developing long-term relationships with executive stakeholders
Drive business development by identifying and securing new consulting and implementation opportunities
Contribute to internal growth through knowledge sharing, methodology development, and scalable solution design for the manufacturing sector

Proven skills in analyzing client challenges and designing effective solutions
Strong stakeholder management in multilingual, cross-cultural project environments
Understanding of Japanese manufacturing culture, practices, and communication styles
Ability to operate independently in English and coordinate across global teams
High interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement capabilities
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in IT planning, consulting, or digital transformation in the manufacturing industry
Hands-on experience with MES, CMMS, PLM, ERP, SCM, or QMS platforms
Experience leading DX or IT projects in multicultural or cross-functional teams
Background in consulting firms or internal IT departments within the manufacturing sector
Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI, automation, and smart manufacturing trends
Experience managing change across departments or multinational organizations
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
