We are seeking a Sales Representative.

  • Salary : Up to 80K

Summary:
The responsibility of meeting sales goals, obtaining new accounts, and maintaining a professional image of xxx is the objective that each sales associate faces every day. They continuously promote and sell xxx products and services to existing and potential new customers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the continuous development of the commercial relationship with xxx customers through visitation, discussion, presentation, and sample submission. 
  • Seek and manage business opportunities that align with the xxx strategy. 
  • Travel to meet customers, to job sites, and to other business functions, sometimes overnight.
  • Support negotiation of commercial agreements such as NDA, quotes, or terms and conditions.
  • Summarize and actively share customer needs, objectives, and critical program information. 
  • Create quotations for new business opportunities and follow through until sourcing is decided. 
  • Maintain records on pricing, terms, agreements, program schedules, and meeting minutes.     
  • Collaborate with other departments and branches to ensure xxx provides superb service to xxx customers, promptly addressing any inquiries, questions, or concerns. 
  • Track and analyze sales results and compare them with budget plans and market trends.
  • Support xxx in meeting customer requirements of quality, delivery, and cost. 
  • Negotiate with customers for cost recovery of additional expenses outside of piece price. 
  • Gather and share industry data to enhance xxx understanding of market and technology trends.
  • Continuously develop and maintain technical understanding about xxx products and processes, xxx customers, the automotive industry, and circuit protection applications to have professional conversations with xxx customers, including engineers.
  • Support xxx Customer Support towards resolving customer account receivable issues. 
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.  

Skills/Qualifications:  

  • Understanding of products, work experience in Sales/Purchasing, presentation skills, client relationships, negotiation, planning, independence and self–motivation, flexibility, persistence, effective time management, and ability to travel.
  • min 3 years of sales experience
