▶︎Job Summary
This role supports a major core banking system upgrade project for a Mexico-based entity, involving the migration and enhancement of Temenos 24. While the basic design phase has been completed, quality concerns remain in upstream deliverables, requiring oversight and validation.
The position focuses on design review, quality assurance, and test leadership. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring deliverable quality and driving testing activities across the project.
Hands-on experience with T24 upgrade projects and a strong background in leading testing phases are essential for success in this role.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate design documents based on T24 expertise
  • Identify quality issues and provide actionable feedback to improve deliverables
  • Support overall project governance from client perspective
  • Coordinate with vendor and related system teams to resolve issues and risks
  • Lead UAT preparation, including:
    • Test strategy and test plan development
    • Test case review and alignment with business requirements
    • Defect management and tracking
  • Facilitate communication between business, IT, and vendor teams
  • Proactively drive issue resolution and ensure project milestones are met
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Hand-on experience with Temenos T24, including version upgrades
  • Proven experience in leading testing phase (UAT/Test Lead) in core banking projects
  • Strong understanding of T24 modules such as:
    • Deposits
    • Payments
    • Accounting
    • CIF
    • Fees
    • CMS
    • Limits
  • Experience reviewing design and technical documents for quality assurance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (vendor, client, offshore/onshore)
 
▶︎Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Latin America banking projects (especially Mexico)
  • Experience in core banking transformation programs
  • PMO or similar project management certifications is a plus
