▶︎ What will you do:
• Provide advice and assistance to the help desk team as a leader.
• Promote excellent customer service, effective response times, and provide expert insights into general support issues.
• Enforce quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure an outstanding level of customer service by providing direct IT support to customers via email, phone, or in-person onsite.
• Set up and troubleshoot business software and hardware; • Process assigned service requests as operational support;
• Participate in regional and global IT projects.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of various business software: Windows OS, Office365, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx.
• Great Team Leader, fastt learner, and self-starter
• Ability to multi-task based on priority.
• Ability to act proactively with minimum supervision.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and with good communication skills with various levels of users.
• Have mind and skill to improve IT environment and processes.
• Should be able to visit customer’s sites and data center occasionally.
• Ready for business travel within the continental United States and South America (1-2 times per year).
• Business level Japanese communication skills are absolutely required for this position; Spanish language skills would be a plus.
Experience
• Over 5 years of user support and small team lead experience (up to give members).
• Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access support experience.
• Managing and troubleshooting with iOS-based devices, conference systems, MS Surface, and HP laptops.
Certifications
-Certifications-
• Microsoft or other IT Vendor certifications
• PMP or equivalent certifications
• ITIL Foundation certification
