▶︎ Job Description
We are seeking an HR professional who can leverage their experience and expertise to provide practical HR and organizational support to our clients, particularly those in the hospitality and consumer-facing industries.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities
・Create, update, and maintain Employee Handbooks and HR policies
・Develop and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal processes
・Support clients in building and improving their HR foundations as they grow
・Design and deliver training programs based on organizational needs
・Provide support across areas such as Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and People Management
・Provide HR advice and support to founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholders
・Handle other HR-related projects based on client needs and your area of expertise

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
・Professional HR experience in the U.S. or with U.S.-based companies
・Experience supporting HR functions within the restaurant and/or retail industries
・Strong expertise in one or more HR disciplines, with hands-on experience
・Ability to identify HR or organizational challenges and develop practical solutions
・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
・Experience working with founders, executives, and managers
・Experience as an HR Consultant, HRBP, HR Manager, or in a similar role
・Experience in organizational development and/or corporate training
・Experience creating Employee Handbooks and/or HR policies
・Experience in RPO, recruiting, or talent acquisition is a plus
・Experience with startups or high-growth companies is a plus
・Experience providing HR consulting services to multiple companies or clients is a plus
